Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with Luno Studio. If something goes wrong, we will make it right. This policy covers refunds for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time. You can cancel your subscription from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Full refund within 48 hours. If you subscribed by mistake or are unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your initial purchase for a full refund. This applies to the first payment only.
- Prorated refunds for service issues. If the Service experiences significant downtime or a failure that prevents you from using credits you paid for, we will issue a prorated refund or credit grant at our discretion.
- No refund after credits are used. If you have consumed a substantial portion of your monthly credits, we cannot issue a refund for that billing period.
Top-Up Credit Packs
- Refundable within 48 hours if no credits from the pack have been used.
- Non-refundable once credits from the pack have been consumed (even partially).
- Top-up credits expire 60 days after purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a system error (not a content policy violation), credits are not deducted. If credits were incorrectly deducted for a failed generation, contact us and we will restore them immediately.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve most issues same-day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lunostudio.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
